The M96/M97 flat-six was never the best part of these cars. The chassis was.

So we keep the chassis and replace the engine. The Audi 2.7T biturbo drops in at the same center of gravity as the flat-six. Cast iron block. Forged steel crank. Twin G25-550 turbos. It weighs less than the engine it replaces and makes power the factory never could.

This is not a parts kit. It is a complete conversion system. Every supporting component comes engineered for the 996 and 997.1.

It still feels like a 911. It just doesn't drive like a flat-six anymore. Get the whole system, or build it your way.

Engineered to work

Built around the 2.7T biturbo, proven by the B5 S4 and RS4 before it ever saw a 911. Years of development and a well-understood bottom end paved the way for a swap platform that can be pushed hard without surprises.

The 911's rear-mounted, longitudinal layout suits the architecture closely, with open access on all sides and clear room around the accessory drive giving direct access for maintenance, without chassis modifications.

We built the full system around it: Mounting & Adaption, Electronics, Exhaust & Turbo Kit, Clutch & Flywheel, Fueling, Air Conditioning, Power Steering, and Engine Water Cooling; engineered specifically for the 996 and 997.1, retaining the drivability you expect.

The result is a car that feels cohesive, reliable, and intentionally engineered.
