The Origin Story
We kept seeing the same problem.
Incredible chassis. Half-baked swaps. Builders left to figure out the hard parts alone, oil that runs dry, cooling that runs hot, electronics that half-work, systems sourced from six different suppliers that were never designed to talk to each other.
Most just cut up their chassis to fit a pushrod V8 and call it done.
These cars deserve better.
So we built a better system, engineered, documented, and designed to be maintained without heroics. The result is a Porsche that works properly, long-term, the way it should have from the start.
Founding Team
Three Builders.
One Obsession.
CEO - Execution · Operations · Fabrication
Kyle Beinarauskas
If Kyle can't build it, it probably shouldn't exist. A fabricator's fabricator, founding member of Radhaus and one of the most respected hands-on builders in the enthusiast community. He leads Rausworks the same way he builds: with complete ownership of every detail, no shortcuts, and a standard that doesn't move.
CTO - Engineering · Embedded Systems
Carlton Brule
He's the reason the gauges work after the swap. Carlton engineered the repeatable systems Rausworks is built on: engine adaption, drivetrain integration, and the electronics that make a VAG-swapped Porsche behave like a cohesive vehicle. He co-founded Renn27 before leaving to build Rausworks based on a broader technical foundation.
CMO - Community · Motorsport Culture
Adam Jabaay
He built Gridlife into one of the most influential grassroots motorsport events in North America, from scratch. Adam knows what the community actually wants, what builders actually need, and what's worth saying vs. what's just noise. At Rausworks, he makes sure we communicate clearly, honestly, and to the right people.
How We Work
The Non-Negotiables.
Complete integration or nothing.
01
It has to actually run long-term.
02
Built to be driven, not admired.
03
No gatekeeping.
04
OEM-Level Electronics
A custom embedded system. Four times over.
The 9x6 through 9x7.1 range spans four distinct electrical architectures. Each generation requires its own embedded hardware, built from scratch to interface with that chassis' specific architecture.
The Vehicle Integration Module (VIM) plugs directly into the factory DME connector, the same point where the original engine computer lived. It enables the interconnected systems of the engine and chassis to communicate the way the factory intended, with capability beyond what the factory ever shipped.
